The New World Order Currency Crisis
The global financial crisis is now officially turning into a currency crisis as predicted by Ron Paul and others years ago. With the new $1 trillion E.U. rescue package, central banks around the world are printing money out of thin air to prop up a failing system. The idea that American citizens are paying to bail out Europe is astounding. The Federal Reserve and other central banks are intentionally devaluing currencies worldwide to bring in a new international reserve currency regulated by them. In other words, the people who caused the crisis are coming in and offering the solution giving them total control over the world’s monetary system.

We find it amusing that Mr. Bernanke in his press conference after the FOMC last week said, US bank exposure to Greece was minimal. We guess he forgot part of that .1 trillion and the credit default swaps from NYC banks to the tune of 0 billion. In addition we do not see the US and England escaping the fallout from Europe. From the very beginning 1-1/2 years ago we told Greece to default and that it was inevitable. Of course, the Greek government did not do that, because they wanted to hand their Illuminist friends Greek assets on a silver platter – that is public and private assets. When Greece goes eventually the other five will fall as well. Banks all over Europe are at risk even German savings banks, many US money market and pension funds have as much as 60% of their assets in instruments belonging to the six weaker nations. That represents a far greater risk than what Mr. Bernanke had admitted. The biggest question is what will the German Federal Court say? Investors had best check with their funds or advisor, or banks and S&L’s to determine just how hard they can get hit. If the Court says it is ok, then in Germany it has to be voted on. Flow of imports drags down economic growth

“A widening U.S. trade deficit has become a substantial drag on economic growth as the country’s exports struggle to keep pace with the swelling sums that Americans are again spending on imported goods.
“The rise in the trade deficit, including an abrupt 16 percent spike in June, is a chief reason economists are downgrading estimates for recent U.S. economic growth.
“Officials at Cummins Inc., the Indiana-based engine and power-system maker, say business is booming in such places as China and India, but the new orders for its equipment are largely being met at the firm’s factories outside the United States.
“Almost everything we sell in China is made in China, and those factories are at capacity right now,” spokesman Mark Land said. “The strength in those markets helps us overall, but our manufacturing capacity creates a limited need to export.”

“Corporate profits are up. Stock prices are up. So why isn’t anyone hiring?
“Actually, many American companies are — just maybe not in your town. They’re hiring overseas, where sales are surging and the pipeline of orders is fat.
“More than half of the 15,000 people that Caterpillar Inc. has hired this year were outside the U.S. UPS is also hiring at a faster clip overseas. For both companies, sales in international markets are growing at least twice as fast as domestically.
“The trend helps explain why unemployment remains high in the United States, edging up to 9.8 percent last month, even though companies are performing well: All but 4 percent of the top 500 U.S. corporations reported profits this year, and the stock market is close to its highest point since the 2008 financial meltdown.
“But the jobs are going elsewhere. The Economic Policy Institute, a Washington think tank, says American companies have created 1.4 million jobs overseas this year, compared with less than 1 million in the U.S. The additional 1.4 million jobs would have lowered the U.S. unemployment rate to 8.9 percent, says Robert Scott, the institute’s senior international economist.
“There’s a huge difference between what is good for American companies versus what is good for the American economy,” says Scott.”
Business is booming all over the world, except the USA. Jobs are being created, but not in the USA.
Even U.S. companies created more jobs outside the USA than at home.
The Democrats have been in total control for two years – why is this still happening?
They can’t blame Bush anymore (and certainly not Reagan….).

corporations are hiring overseas because those countries have no health or safety standards, and no minimum wage requirements
